Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using SignFlow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
SignFlow is a document signing platform that allows users to upload PDF documents, place signature fields, and collect electronic signatures from designated signers.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
SignFlow offers paid subscription plans billed monthly. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
- Basic: $5/month — 5 documents per billing period
- Premium: $25/month — 1,000 documents per billing period
- New accounts receive 1 free document with no payment required.
5. Electronic Signatures
Electronic signatures collected through SignFlow are intended to be legally binding under applicable law, including the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN) and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA) in the United States, and eIDAS in the European Union. You are responsible for determining whether electronic signatures are appropriate and legally sufficient for your specific use case and jurisdiction.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Forge, falsify, or misrepresent documents or identities
- Collect signatures through deception or coercion
- Transmit fraudulent, illegal, or harmful content
- Violate the privacy or rights of others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts
7. Your Content
You retain ownership of all documents and content you upload to SignFlow. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your documents and will not share them with third parties except as required to operate the Service (e.g., sending emails via Resend).
8. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or the unenforceability of any document signed through the platform.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
